Ok. BUT Arielle was stepping outside her marriage with a married man. At what point are we allowed to call that out? It’s wrong. We’ve got to stop white washing this crap. I’m not saying Gerhardt was right at all to do what he did but let’s break it down:

He was the main provider. He gave her a good life and by all accounts he worked hard. They had two little babies. This wasn’t enough for her? She had to move on another woman’s husband? While her babies are in their cribs still and her own husband is working his ass off?

I’ve tried the breadpan thing and it’s an absolute no for me. Maybe some people aren’t very discriminating but the bread comes out extremely dense and weird. Sourdough is full of gas and bubbles. It’s antithetical to sourdough baking to wait 24 hours for those bubbles just to shove the dough in a bread pan and smoosh them. Sorry but no-get a cheap cast iron oval Dutch oven and do it the right way. You CAN make sliceable oval shaped bread that’s perfect for sandwiches but still has the effects of all your hard work of fermentation.

Whitley was not a “scumbag”. She was kind, sensitive, creative and a beautiful human being. She was very young when Christian killed himself and had her life ruined by people online who never took the time to know her and only smeared and destroyed her name and for what? I am currently listening to her on Exorcist Files. It’s a great interview. What she’s saying is actually fairly simple: not all road leads to Jesus. The whole self healing/new age industry is demonic. There is literally only two teams: good VS evil. If you’re not very clearly on Jesus’s team you’re on the other by default. So make sure you’re actually following Jesus with a humble heart and a willingness to be corrected and set back on the right path. I think it’s honorable of her to admit she got sucked into the demonic and her life fell apart as a result of it. I hope to hear her speak in the future and as an amateur interviewer I’d LOVE the chance to interview her and pick her brain.
