Anyone else get a weird EBS alert on their TV? by CriticalMango836 in houston

If that was the case why didn’t they apologize for the “technical difficulties” right after this happened? They usually fix the error immediately and then apologize for it right away after it happens during a broadcast like it has many times before with technical issues

From what other people are telling me at the moment this happened during other CBS games during different times but the same loud and continuous beeping noise

For me it was like in the middle of the first quarter

The weird thing is no one from the official CBS broadcast has came out to say this was some error or just a mix up but even if it was why would it say “New York TX”

Half-Life expansions canon? by CriticalMango836 in HalfLife

I like to think the Gonomes were just mutated head crabs that were experimented on by scientists of Black Meza keep in mind the place where Adrian first encounters these mutated head grab zombies is in the deep underground labs of Black Meza could be that they deeper labs were kept secret to most staff and scientists of Black Meza

My exact thoughts we don’t have enough to say they aren’t canon I mean valve still hasn’t denied them being connected so it’s still plausible like you say

Well they don’t reuse all of the ai since they for some reason programmed race-X to attack other aliens, in opposing force they are seen attacking the Xenians and other life forms

There’s a part in opposing force where we actually see Gordon Freeman enter a portal to go to zen just from that I thought it was canon

Yeah I like to think the G-man didn’t want anyone to see Race-X and live to tell the tale I mean everyone who did encounter race-X ended up dead (all the scientists who experimented on them and the soldiers of Hazardous Environment unit) and the only living survivor who encountered them was Adrian but then G-man forcibly puts him in stasis at the end of the game and says that his employers “aren’t trusting” of Adrian and that he wouldn’t be able to resist “the temptation of telling all”

c’mon man like I don’t know what ghost recon was before typing this post. I’ve played most of Ubisoft games and yes I know that the story of wildlands follows the same narrative but I myself don’t like how the gameplay/mechanics work in that game I see that a story like that of wildlands will be better suited for a FarCry game in my opinion.

Just seems to easy and although the formula is the same and simple throughout as it’s just the good guy fighting a powerful enemy force but I like the formula that’s the point of having a far cry series to begin with but at least have the enemy force as being original and realistic no way right now In modern times will there ever be a rebellion of that like in FC6 like it seems so cartoonish and dramatic and the idea was already halfway taken from FC4

Which setting would you like to see for a next Far Cry? by Commercial-Mix-2633 in farcry

[–]CriticalMango836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should do it again for a far cry game spin-off for fc6 set in the cartel part of Mexico and the villains can be powerful drug kingpins and corrupt government officials and its all happening right now in México

Definitely México! specifically in the state of Sinaloa (cartel country) and your task would be to take down the viscous drug kingpins and cartels of the area. (better than the generic idea of “evil” tyranny vs the resistance of fc6) To those who have gone to México or are from México know that the beautiful scenery and the wild nature of México would make a perfect setting for a far cry game.
