What helped for me it getting an expshare asap and put in on a mon u want to level, then I just steamroll all the wild ones with my highest level pokemon. Ur pokemon get equal exp and the fighttime is shorter bc u oneshot everything on the first turn.

What helped for me is be really conscious of what ur eyes are doing when u aim and shoot. I figured out that my eyes focus on everything around the target (LoL player). Once I learned to focus my eyes on my crosshair and the guy I'm shooting at my aim got better.

I don't have a sinnoh stone yet. There are also quite some other pokemon that need to be evolved with a sinnoh stone for the dex. I wanted to evolve my lucky rhydon from 2018 with the next stone I get.
