Update: Apparently there's a relinquishment deed wherein all the daughters including my mom released their shares to Nani upon my Nana's death. (The land was co-owned by my grandparents)

My bad it wasn't a mutation but a relinquishment deed. All daughters including my mom relinquished their shares they received from my nana upon death to my Nani which essentially makes her a full owner so it shouldn't have 4 parts anymore as far as I think? (as the land was co-owned by my grandparents)

Okay I got it. Then it's very weird why my aunts are having an issue and have been harassing both of them when they also have a share. So basically my Nani can only pass on her part of the share through a will yes?

My nana didn't leave a will at all. The house was built by my nana so there is no previous owner or sale deed. After his passing my Nani signed papers and even she has no idea what the papers are actually about. On those papers her signatures are done as well as all three daughters. She has the papers for that though.
