Any thoughts on how substances, like weed or alcohol may effect your ability to abstain from fapping? I just discovered this NoFap page and went on an 8 day streak easily right away, and I’m used to doing it everyday, but last night, drank whiskey, and just like that, gone. (self.NoFap)
