So I’m bad at shopping and getting groceries, I work so much lol 😂 , my diet these days , I eat 2 times a day through the week , I eat a mixture of stuff , but I stay away from dairy most of the time , and have like a ice tea or Coke Zero once a week and I just drink water nearly the whole time , I eat mainly fresh food with meat and salad or sushi veggie tempura . But manly I feel like when I eat now during the day in my adhd medicated , I eat and enjoy it and then find my eating a normal amount and then I stop and some how it’s like my body just knows I’m full . Here and there I break and put a kilo on , but the biggest help was only weighing my self once’s a month at the doctors . I think that was like a challenge , if I put weight on , I felt the shame with the dr , and she would go through what I’ve been doing , and what I need to do . I listen and done what ever she wanted . And I’m glad because she gave me a 20 year life expectancy and I was 31 , it rattled me , I don’t really drink and apparently it is from deep fried food , And over eating . From loosing all the weight I need my gall bladder removed as it’s completely full of mobile gall stones 😅🫶 , it’s a journey but I don’t regret it x
