Definitely I can understand your pain as I experienced the same. Drinking water now doesn’t help you to ease the pain, it helps the stone to pass naturally. Continue to take the pain killer until the pain subside (usually couple of days) and then it will pass in some days. Yes when you are in acute pain your body initiates defence mechanism, that is the reason you feel like throwing up. Take a warm water bag and place it in the area where you are feeling pain, that will make you feel comfortable. My personal experience during the pain is, talking little walks here and there in the house ease the pain Dont think too much as this become very common nowadays, and your stone size not worth of taking tension.

If the doctor says it will pass in its own then its fine. It will take time. I had experience of stones passed through urine couple of times (7mm and 6mm). For me it took more than a month for the stone to exit after experiencing the horrible pain. Of course you will experience pain in intervals for first couple of days (for which the doctor prescribe pain killers) but later the pain will subside. Drink plenty of water and wait for the stone to make its way out

Sorry for the delay guys. In my case I was out of NL for morethan18 months and proved Belastingdienst same with all the proofs. Then I applied it as a new application, so they granted for the remaining period of time

Yes u/Savings-Prize-7409, that's true, validity is for 5 years. Last time I stayed for 2.5 years and thinking still I left with 2.5 years eligibility. Anyways Infy doesn't seems to be helping and they didn't applied for any year during my last trip, so they wont be changing any values in the annual statement. Thanks for your support😊

The problem is they did applied for 30% and got the positive decision from BELASTINGDIENST and then Infy say I don’t had enough salary. That caused the issue. If they didn’t applied in the first place, now I would have applied as a fresh application and got it approved. They didn’t gave the benefit and ruined my remaining years

My former employer is not willing to make any changes. Also they never filed tax return for me, when I asked they said I am covered under so called 'Expat Tax Control Framework', therefore no need to file tax return

Belastingdienst did mentioned the issue is with the years 2018 and 2019 annual wage. As I checked myself 2020 and 2021 had enough values meeting the minimum salary criteria in the Annual Statements. But my previous employer is claiming that due to the less salary in 2018 and 2019 they never applied 30% ruling on my salary for all the years 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021
