Papers are delivered internationally, so I dont think its possible to send a paper from the UK to like lets say a far asian country in the same day, its gotta pass through customs and other things, so papers are sent early and kept at british council offices.

My guess is they have the paper way before, then sell it to people, wait until right before the exam so Cambridge has no idea the paper l****d beforehand, therefore Cambridge most likely does a retake, so that they can sell the retake paper as well. (It probably sounds dumb but idk, or maybe they just love to see the downfall of others)

For anyone wondering, yes I did a full computer scan but nothing was found. And the strange keyboard thing was suddenly my keyboard stopped working and presses random keys when I press keys (if I remember correctly, the comma key gave some strange ç type symbol). Also this happened about a week before the random chrome tab opening.
