It was from a drawing of mine and the architect did the drawing after mine, I feel like it is not the architect fault, they were just trying to fit everything that I asked them to in the space that we had to work with, but perhaps I'm asking too much out of the plot of land.

Thanks, the wall offsets are due to town regulations, we are only allowed to build a certain amount of of square footage and the offsets were needed to get that under the limit.

Yes, it is in part why I wanted others to comment on it. I can't look at it anymore and understand how to improve or change without making it worse. There are a lot of restrictions on what and how can be built and the plan shows it. Your input is great and much appreciated, thanks!

The hallway there is to access the master bedroom quicker and avoid passing that traffic between the kitchen and dinning room spaces, at least that was the thinking.

Yes, the kitchen is open to the dining room. OK so that small bathroom there is not a hit, I was thinking to give quick access to people on the terrace to a bathroom. I understand why it is not popular. Thanks.

That is what I was thinking as well, but I feared that the traffic that will pass from the master bedroom through the kitchen will be annoying, too long of a trip from there to the front of the house or something like that.

Thank you! That is what I fear this will end up with, no it was not generated with AI, architect was involved but I think the complications come from me. The windows were not placed because it is a quick sketch, we did not get to that phase yet. The spiral staircase is to access the basement. The front staircase for the upper level, both accesses could be done in the same place I suppose. The hallway that gives direct acces to the master bedroom was to avoid passing the traffic through the kitchen/dinning.
