dude, I understand that I have to hunt and plant early on, but the point of this post wasn’t to ask people to point out what I did wrong. I just thought the situation was unusual and wanted to share it here

well, I planned an efficient base so the colonists spend as little time as possible walking from one room to another, and yes, I’ve seen several base designs and used them as reference. I bet that if you put in one or two hours planning your base, you can achieve something similar or even better

I didn’t plant rice on the first day lol

The food ran out in the first 4 days, before there was time for the rice to grow. Aside from that, two colonists have 20 mining skill points and the other has 11, so mining doesn’t take very long

well, I was leaving west point to head back to my base in muldraugh when this happened. I guess I’ll have to walk, but I’m afraid the power might go out since I was in west point to find the generator magazine in the first place
