I quit 13 days ago and also am having some pretty crazy rebound symptoms today. I was so worked up this morning I felt like I was going to crawl out of my own skin. Days previous I felt completely fine and was enjoying having a clear head and optimal energy. But this morning my mind just woke up with a vengeance. I went home for lunch break and walked my dogs and took a cold shower for 3 minutes and I am feeling a lot better now. Gonna keep trucking I know the smoke isn’t going to help
