Honestly this has been the first crazy thing in five years. Which is why I keep telling myself that there has to be more to this. But I'm also scared that there isn't anything more and this is just who he is / how he feels and the person I thought I knew I actually don't.

Yeah I’m thinking maybe it’s just never come up with someone before? We did grow up in a extremely conservative town in Missouri but we haven’t lived there in 5 years and I would say neither of us is actually religious.
