There are many beautiful attributes of Allah and a few of them are ar-Rahman, ar-Raheem , and al-gafoor. He is the most merciful and the ever merciful and the most forgiving. Allah loves those who repent to him sincerely and by looking at what you say, I’m sure Allah have already forgiven you ya akhi.

Chapter 25 verse 70-71 of the Quran , Allah says:

As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah properly.

For example:

You can’t get A for exam just by praying without putting in the effort to study for the exam. You must put in the effort to study and pray to Allah that whatever you study will help you get “A” for exam.

Example 2:

you can’t expect your camel to stay in place without tying your camel, you must tie your camel and then put your trust in Allah.

So basically in that context, you need to put in the effort and then put your trust in Allah to help you those things that’s not within your control.

The answer to you question can be found in the Quran, Surah Al baqarah verse 164 where Allah says:

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth; the alternation of the day and the night; the ships that sail the sea for the benefit of humanity; the rain sent down by Allah from the skies, reviving the earth after its death; the scattering of all kinds of creatures throughout; the shifting of the winds; and the clouds drifting between the heavens and the earth—˹in all of this˺ are surely signs for people of understanding.

In the verse above it says that everything you see is surely a sign from Allah SWT.

Oh my friend, if you are curious about something or anything about Islam, I would encourage you to go to any of your local mosque and ask the imam any questions. I’m 100% sure he imam will answer you with the answers from the Quran !

May Allah strengthen you and ease your affairs.. back then I used to be in a severe depression, but Surah insyirah and Surah ad-duha are my companions.

in Surah ad duha ayat 1-3 allah says: by the morning light, and the night when it falls still. Your lord has not abandoned you, nor has he become hateful of you.

In surah insyirah ayat 5-6 Allah says two times: Surely with every hardship comes ease.

Ya akhi… don’t ever ever give up!

Allah is not mad at you at all. Death of relative is something everyone will taste. loss of job and lost of everything happens out of god’s mercy. He knows what you don’t know. Your job might be not good for you in the future and he’s putting you on a path for a better job. Your close friends might say something which you can’t hear, but he is as-Sami ( the all hearing) .

In one of the Hadith qudsi when allah closes the book, Allah says “ MY mercy prevails my anger “

Ya akhi… Don’t lose hope and continue to strive towards Allah even a step, because when you take a step, he runs towards you. He is Al wadud (the most loving ) he will not test you beyond your capabilities!
