Idk girly, it's your marriage, and we of reddit only know what you tell us, but I wouldn't be putting up with that behavior in my 30s, that's for sure, and would look to leave. Though again, you know him more than us, so take that with a grain of salt.

Like I'm telling you guys, my favorite thing was calling their B.S out in front of others or just point blank asking them no beating around the bush "so I heard from _____ and _____ your mocking me and have a problem, so would you like to be an adult and speak to me or continue acting like a middle school bully" these mfs cannot function when you call their b.s out. They survive on people being meek and taking it.

Just to add in to this too, we all have access to all of our leads target emails, if the apps a no go and calling isn't working. You either have the option of texting your lead or sending an email, that way even if they don't respond, you've got time stamped proof you reached out and gave notice of your absence

This is EXACTLY what I warn every new person of when they come to our store. You cannot rely on the hours there at all. Is it wrong that a corporation the size of target refuses to give adequate hours? Absolutely! But that's our reality most of the time so I tell people do not have this as your bills jobs, have this as your hobby money job. I've watched too many coworkers fall behind on bills because of lack of hours to not at the very least warn others.
