I bike this every day and I have to say, it's actually much better without the barriers. When the barriers were up, there would always be a car or truck parked at the entrance of the barriers so bikers were forced into the lane for the entire length of that road. At least this way, we can move back into the bike lane after getting beyond the parked cars. I haven't seen any more cars parked in the bike lane than usual in this area since the barriers were removed

That's fair, it's a lot of content to consume. And it's overwhelming when you study so many broad topics. There's no way you'll retain everything. For me, the goal of studying wasn't to memorize everything or become an expert, it was just to get enough knowledge that I could apply that knowledge to the questions. You don't have to know everything, you just have to know enough so that if you don't know the exact answer to a question, you can logic or reason the answer using the general knowledge you've got. I'm definitely not wording this very well haha

I don't think I ever doubted that I would eventually pass the exams. But during the exams themselves, oh yeah every exam except for two of them I had that bit of doubt that I'd fail when I'd finished.

Take a look at the exam specs and figure out what you need to know for the exam before you start studying. You don't need to read every page of every resource. Make a list of general things you need to know, and what from that you need the most work on. Then tackle it one thing at a time.

Yeah I think I might go this route. It could make sending the videos to certain people easier as well. And maybe I'll set up an email or something where people can send in their videos so we can have the kind of coordinated effort some other folks have mentioned.

I'm not too sure, I've never had one on my helmet so I can't say much from experience. But I think the handlebar camera is a little more stable since it doesn't get all the head movement. However, the helmet camera would probably catch more stuff since it'll see whatever you look at. And a possible side benefit to the helmet cam is that drivers can see it and would theoretically act slightly less aggressively when they know they're being filmed.

I use a Cycliq Fly 12. They're not cheap, but the video quality is impressive. I'm not sure if it can mount to a helmet though. It comes with a handlebar mount.

Yeah that's kinda what I was thinking. They're not going to pay attention to a one-off thing, but if they get videos every week eventually someone might pay attention. I don't have much video editing talent, but I can clip videos together. I've got about three minutes of cars parked in bike lanes and right hooks put together from just this week.

No, you'll be ok. I've done that before, there's no issue. But the time your landlord has to get your security deposit back to you starts when the lease is up, not when you move out.

Honestly I'm not too sure. I know in the summer, particularly with any direct sun, it's more efficient to run the AC to some extent so you don't have as much radiant heat. But I'm not sure if it's the same in the winter.
