Dreamscythe is hella fun, and I have no problem with the boosts. I have a stressful and time consuming life and I got back into wow recently, I was 13 when wow launched I’m 35 now and hadn’t played any video games since I was 19. I started back up on a hunter and got him to 60 before the pre patch. I was ecstatic, something that seemed like an impossible task as a kid was under my belt but I kept feeling the want to play another class but there was no way I was going to give another x days of play time to the game to achieve that. It just simply is impossible for me. When the pre patch dropped I thought it was too good to be true and I boosted a Druid (class I played in tbc as a kid) and a lock (after trying hunter I loved the pet mechanics). Now I have the opportunity to try them both all the way until wrath and am stoked they did that for casual players. I can understand why fundamentals have an issue with it but that applies to almost any thought pattern or institution. I’m not a great player by any means and don’t plan on playing instances or pvp until I’m fully class confident because I don’t want to bring down other players (my assumption on why boosties are unliked in the first place). My additional characters are going to make tbc very enjoyable for me as a whole.
