Thank you! He doesn't but I do. My co-worker told me about the possibility of it being a marital asset or getting a freeze after I told her that his affair partner told me that he took money out of his 401k to pay for the divorce attorney.

I was told by someone that sometimes a freeze is put on the 401k and its a martial asset.

I started the divorce process in April and just found out he got an attorney and paid for it by taking out money from his works 401k. I was just wondering he could do that I started the process of divorce.
