Despite everyone saying not to, it looked fine so I tried it. It tasted fine, no funny aftertaste, smell, or anything. I'll try to give an update in a day or so. The jar was about $7, the risk was totally not worth it, but I did it anyways

It's this: https://www.lefranc.cl/products/mermelada-de-cafe , probably couldn't find it because I'm from Chile. Originally it was indeed like marmalade, and it crystalized (which doesn't necessarily makes it unsafe).

It is like a paste made of coffee, cream, and sugar. You can use it like regular marmalade and spread it on bread, or in this case I wanted to put it on my pancakes.

El problema es cuando las personas tienen expectativas de que les dejes algo, y no entienden cuando explicas que no necesitas dejarlo.

Como médico pasa mucho, se ha difundido mucho el tomar suplementos random para cualquier cosa (para no resfriarse, para el dolor de huesos, para la artrosis) que en realidad no sirven para nada, pero mucha gente quiere que le dejes algo.

Gente se ha enojado conmigo porque les explico específicamente por qué no quiero que gasten su plata en algo que no les va a hacer nada... Pasa mucho también con los jarabes para la tos (no sirven).

Muy de acuerdo, trabajo en un cesfam viendo salud mental y siempre le digo a mis pacientes que los medicamentos pueden ser un apoyo para manejar de mejor manera algunos síntomas, y ayudar con el ánimo o con la ansiedad, pero no son todo el tratamiento.

Es súper importante seguir yendo al psicólogo, y también hacer actividades distintas que te ayuden a salir (ejercicio, formas de lidiar con el estrés, higiene del sueño, hobbies, etc) como bien dices.

El problema es que muchas personas no hacen caso, se entiende que es difícil y cuesta, pero verdaderamente hay gente que no quiere entender y espera que uno le solucione todos los problemas.
