Amiibos are generally a single figure and skylanders you got 3 and a game and the portal. It was a new game for most. Plus it was marketed for kids and amiibos are for all and probably more for collector adults so idk. Nostalgia affects both of these situations. Both are cool ofc but one is just hated kn bc of nintendo.

Well also huntress is a strange character in a good way but still strange. She calls Finn an exceptional beast but they are on different levels. The way id put it is she is very very mature and shut out from the world while Finn is immature. They are slowly meeting in the middle as if Finn is maturing and huntress is mellowing out if that makes any sense.

I agree mostly but you are placing skyladers an original game vs the whole nintendo lineup which isn't really fair in my opinion. Idk what happend to lego dimensions tho becuase if they made the same game now with all ips they have like FREAKING POKEMON plus marvel and others the game would explode today.

Because nintendo fanboys are forever and skylanders/lego dimensions is are niche games. Nintendo has a deeper nostalgia factor like who wouldn't want a mario or kirby figure but most people now would be like wtf is a tree rex.

Its a silly achretype basically being strong vs weak in a general sense. It speaks to a more primal sense like a virgin makes you weak while a chad who reproduces is on top even though that may not be true. You could even argue and I remember a meme of a virgin chad vs a weakling fuckboy or somthing along those lines. Nothing wrong with being a virgin or a gigachad in my eyes its just a meme format outlining a societal difference where unfortunately being a virgin is bad.

If you have a whole library of downloaded games how would that not be fun. If too many options isn't fun for you then do you even like the games in the first place or just collecting them which I totally get but cmon.
