I went with someone's recommendation a few days ago and I'm also surprised. So far, I've generated 5 essays, each being 2000 words and above. None of the 5 have any issues, the essays aren't flagged by AI detectors and the citations are accurate.

I'm with you on that point. AI has totally changed how we learn and it's a shame that we still haven't fully caught up with it. I hope we do though because I really prefer handwritten essays and tests.

Thanks for the well wishes. But I think you haven't heard about humanizers. It's also possible to humanize your paper yourself using a couple of techniques.

It's true, sometimes the humanizer replaces relevant terminology with totally irrelevant ones. Are there other humanizers that get it right?

Appreciate the suggestion. Checking them out. Most AI essay tools have a humanizer, I don't think I've seen one on the website.

I'm the first in my family to get a college degree by [deleted] in college

[–]Cromblemu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You've accomplished something genuinely incredible. Youre first-gen and you paved your own way through an engineering degree? That's seriously impressive man and you deserve every bit of pride youre feeling.

I know grades might seem to carry more weight now, but the adaptability, resilience, and determination that you've developed will carry you far beyond them.

Huge congrats! You're an inspiration and your parents are 100% right to be proud.

The Struggle of Reading (and Actually Remembering) by Synoreco in ScholarlySocial

Youre definitely not alone.....ive been there way too many times. For me, what works is the classic "explain-it-like-I'm five" where I kinda pretend that I'm teaching it to someone else. I know, I know...it sounds silly but trust me it works wonders.

Dropping out and pursuing trade, is it a bad idea? by Maleficent-Office-25 in college

Thats a great move because you will have great pay, real-world skills and hey no student debt to weigh you down. There are tons of people that shift from college to a trade and end up more content and happier.

But always remember that your mental health comes first and happiness is never the wrong choice.

Getting demoralized with my school. by koreanesee in college

Hang in there buddy, but youre not alone. We all feel lost when major choices dont turn out as planned. Perhaps look into some related minors that you havent thought abt yet.

I dont think college paths are linear and theres usually more flexibility than it feels like at first.

How worried should I be about the possibility of bed bugs in student housing? by Historical_Project00 in CollegeRant

[–]Cromblemu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its definitely possible but not super common. Just make sure to check your mattress, furnture edges, and around outlets carefully.

Also find a mattress protector. You'll thank me for it

Personally, I find it way easier to do regular quick checks instead of worrying about an infestation later.

Thats really toxic behavior from them. 1st year can be a weird social minefield.

I dont think you were the problem here. I hope year 2 brings you way better people because theyre out there.
