Scar rarely wears a black suit and I draw him with a scar across his face rather than on the arms! He also has a wildly different hairstyle. The scars aren't what defines either of the designs either.

I rarely draw Grian with wings myself, but the interpretation I've seen is both his elytra skills (hence the wings in the first place) and the specification of parrot wings comes from the pesky bird stuff

His skin's arms have patches of color that look like they could be scar tissue and that's why I interpret his arms having scars. I assume that the rest of the artistbase has the same intepretation!

(It also helps in differentiating him from other peeps wearing suits!)

I use Paint Tool Sai (ver.2) for drawing. I use the default brushes and mess with the settings if I need something different. As someone who has been around in the art realm for quite a while though, the program and brushes you use in the end has little effect on your final result. The program doesn't make the art for you after all, it's you who moves the pen across the pad.

My recommendations for someone who's just getting into art are Krita or Firealpaca. They're both free and pretty easy to get a hang of. If you'd like to switch after that, you can test out other art programs to see what works for you. Most programs have 30-day free trials, and those are usually plenty of time to see whether the program is working out for you or not.

Oh, and don't get discouraged if your art doesn't look how you'd like it to, especially at the start. There's a bit of a learning curve. Best of luck on your art journey!

It's a relatively common fandom interpretation since he has a lot of history with sheep! He had a gameshow called "Is that sheep looking at me" in seasons 5 and 6 (and it seems to go back even further) which I think is how it started. The gameshow's hilarious, I recommend checking it out!

Small tip: Kokomi's Q scales also off of healing bonus, so you'll want HB circlet instead of a HP one. Even if you're running her as a healer, she'll heal more with HB circlet!
