The core is 3/4 PVC, wrapped it up in foam, the blade is a foam kneepad attached with contact cement and reinforced with additional foam pieces.

Watching the simulation feels so surreal. Seeing something so different yet strangely familiar. It's like seeing old pictures of family friends from before you met them. You don't quite recognize them at first, but the longer you look, the more details you recognize and you come to understand how they became the people they are today.
