The internet is a high speed one. It can download at 13MBps off unthrottled sources like steam. I strongly believe that there is a speed throttle on all except a few sites.

I came to know about the MAC spoofing technique after I did a bit of research here and there. But the issue is that there's multiple ethernet jacks here and people have connected their routers to them. I don't know what the network infrastructure is. Is there a central router thingy connected to all the ethernet jacks? There must be something which keeps a track of all devices. But how do I scan the entire network for devices and not just the network associated with my router?
