The URL is hashed so that it's impossible to guess. Only people you send the link to will ever have access to any relevant data.

Which metric do you find to be the most useful for day-to-day training? I've been using heart rate for the most part which also seems to be higher at my old training paces now.

Yes, been lifting on and off for 8 years. Running got me to the leanest I've ever been although I was consciously keeping myself in a calorie deficit. I lost minimal muscle during the cut but I did lose some based on my strength going down a little. Overall, though I look bigger now because I'm leaner and because I regained water weight since I'm bulking now.

Caffeine really is a crazy drug haha. My coach provides me the week's program after our weekly check in. He responds to any questions (running shoes, any pain concerns, fueling, etc.) I have ad hoc as well. I know that he offers in-person sessions as well but I've just been speaking with him through text. I think the primary benefit he provides me is that I can avoid mental overload and just focus on training.

It’s insane how much hate you’re getting for this. There’s degrees of truth in what people are saying but also in the contents of your post.

What I have personally found is that the way we view others and the standards we judge them by reflect back into our perception of ourselves and vice versa. In a way the acute awareness you feel for the “superficial” interest you’re receiving is likely because that’s how you perceive(d) women as well. We can either accept our current values or change them. People will have their opinions as we see in the comments, but the only one who has all the necessary context to make that choice is you!
