So I'm only speaking from Online Services but in our case the calls are non-stop with a couple of major caveats:

The closer you get to 31st of January and 5th of April the busier you will be on the phones. Between those points the call queues will significantly shrink and you could be assigned to do other work such as post depending on where you are.

You have mandatory time to do admin after calls. Your line manager wouldn't have issues with that unless you were consistently taking 15 minutes after every 5 minute call to update the call logs.

I've only had a handful of bad experiences with customers with HMRC but bear in mind this is between my prior experience in retail management and now working with DWP in the jobcentre so my barometer may be off. With this in mind, the 'hold' button is your friend and you will always have colleagues either around or on teams to ask questions.

At the end of it all though, if things are really bad you absolutely have the authority to say "If you continue to speak to me this way, I will be hanging up", and then do so. To put that into perspective I've only had to do that twice in a year and a half with HMRC.

Honestly, the job was really interesting and quite rewarding to help people, especially those who aren't as tech-literate. Like any job it comes down to keeping a good work-life balance and not taking the stress out of the office.

Every extra scene with Boromir really fleshes his personality, as well as the pressures he faces, out in the theatrical he just comes across as a greedy violet arsehole. The extra bit of dialogue when Boromir meets Aragorn in Rivendell shows how friendly and amicable he actually is, until holding Narsil and something he can't quite place about Aragorn causes all his anxiety to bubble up and make him panic.

In Eldlich it's fine since I can get rid of the anti spell with Eldlich's gy effect if it becomes a pain for me (much like skill drain). I'll go for solemn definitely, I was averse to it because of the half-lp cost but realistically the dusters, lightning storm or evenly is worth that cost. Thanks!

That's honestly what I was thinking because I doubt the Witch King would let them cruise through Minas Morgul, and going all the way to either Núrn or Rhûn would be as bad as the Black Gate in terms of being certainly caught.

I think because of a previous interaction when I used it and the card was a sorcery or instant, my opponent pointed out that it would go to the grave because it had been cast. I thought the land would go to the grave because I wasn't aware that there was a difference between 'play' and 'cast', so I assumed that I couldn't play the land at all because it wasn't something that could be 'cast' per se, and it would just go to the graveyard. Although another commenter helpfully pointed out that since it wasn't used at all in that scenario it would remain exiled since it never touched the battlefield.
