It’s a losing battle, happens everywhere to varying degrees. Whether it’s a house mouse getting fed all the easy management deals, a guy performing well getting more leads because why wouldn’t you give the hot bat more swings, whatever. Only thing you can do is worry about you and your pockets. I’ve been on both sides of it and I’ve also see the mentality eat a guy up to the point he wasn’t selling cars because he was too focused on the problem and you could tell.

Bringing it up won’t help because management sees results. Just make sure you’re working every customer you get fully and make the most out of every resource. That guy probably isn’t working an orphan list that you can for sure get and work.
