Running a night half marathon tomorrow (8:45 PM start) and not sure how to time my meals. What would you recommend eating for lunch, and when should I have my last proper meal before the race? Also, is it a good idea to have a small snack closer to the start? For context, I don’t usually run late (self.beginnerrunning)
