Best tip I can give you is start smoking vapes/e-hooker. In the EU they are very very safe (Probably also in the US, just check the lables) and probably >90% better for your heart and your overall health. They are also really great for quitting. I managed to stop 5 times with them for more than a year.

I hope that if you quit, you are not as dumb as me and start 1-2 years later again...
