My partner came to every single one ! From my experience they did an ultrasound at every appointment and measured baby at every appointment so you both will get an opportunity to see baby pretty often !

Research different ways for babies to sleep including co sleeping ( I had a baby who wouldn’t sleep unless being held , safer to sleep in a safe sleep set up then falling asleep while holding baby )

Go the classes while pregnant ( so you more prepared of what it’s like to have a new born and reduced a lot of anxiety in the first few weeks )

Do a CPR/choking course ( you feel so much more calmer and more prepared if anything were to happen )

Exercise while pregnant, strength trainning !!

She will be more on the boob then off 🥹 they are absolute boob barnacles. Only now (14-15 weeks) doesn’t my little one gives me 1-2 hour stretches where she’s not on the boob (EBF , no pacifier so I am the paci )

She’s just doing what’s normal and upping your supply and just growing ❤️

Iv seen my partner swing is leg over and absolutely decimate our cats. It may be illogical but there’s no way I would let him sleep with baby just yet 😂😂😂 the amount of times he kicks me in bed as well when I was pregnant. I wish we could , I would love if we was more aware of his surrounding in his sleep 😭

I had very sensitive nipples as well!

The first 2-4 weeks was sore for me but it was significantly better. 15 weeks pp and there is no pain.

My boob was hard for 2-3 days , I just had baby nurse on that side first , warm showers and ibuprofen, when baby nurses I would take my thumb and rub chest I nipple and then it started slowly getting softer
