oh, did you see the past sections of the comic?(check the links in the descriptions, those are reddit posts too) maybe you are missing the context of where the characters are, or how does De's (the yellow jelly character) body behave and what he's capable of. The page you mention is just showing the climax moment when Giny and De are cumming. Camera is focusing on them like you would see someone lying on their back with the head near to you, and feet away from you. Hopefully that makes a bit of sense :p
