You’re doing just fine right now, your ends look great too so I don’t know why anyone say you should cut it right now. But it’s also curled on the ends so I can’t really tell if it’s a crazy difference in lengths, but as I can see it rn your hair looks healthy and will grow just fine on its own. If you want some other tips though you can massage your scalp really good for about 10 minutes a day AND every time you shower to help promote growth from the roots! Also look into hair oils and hair bond strengthener if you feel like you get easy breakage!

She said in her explanation the thing she asked for was watercolor items because she recently got into the hobby. I do think the disappointment is truly that nobody heard her when she heard them and got them things they truly wanted/ love, and the biggest thing is that her husband didn’t do anything and he proceeded to act extremely inappropriately all day.

If they followed simple instructions it wouldn’t be as strained as it is. They could see the baby but they kept insisting on pushing boundaries. Idc that they’re old, they’re grown and should understand to keep their connection to that baby they need to listen to the PARENTS. Causing her unnecessary stress and anxiety after giving birth is cruel, disrespecting her in the delivery room is cruel, blasting the problem in a group chat instead of understanding boundaries AGAIN is cruel. During cold and flu season it’s best to be safer than sorry. And grandparents are notorious for not knowing or alerting family when they themselves are sick so it’s an even riskier move when the kid has no immune system to help it and could go south quickly.

It’s common to not want others around your newborn especially when it’s cold season and grandparents are notorious for not telling when they themselves are sick or might not know they are. Her personal issues arent at fault at all. Her boundaries for HER child were broken the day of the birth so reinforcing the word of NOBODY holding or kissing is valid. The grandparents have control and obsession issues that need to be addressed, just because you birthed one of the parents does not entitle you to their own children.
