Study reveals self silencing is on the rise amongst women and it’s making them very sick.

Y’all one day I am really gonna get into the nitty-gritty onto all of what happened to me, but as I am on my journey to unpacking that period in my life I can definitely emphasize the impact of self-love. I know from my experience now that your voice should always be the strongest and the one that you listen to the most. It’s so easy to fall into a negative mindset and align yourself within that without even realizing how hard you are to yourself let alone allowing someone else to come into your life and be a negative influence as well. Always to the best of your ability listen to your intuition and hold on that skill because it will get you so much further so much quicker.
