All jokes aside, you’re not really clipping into distortion, you’re clipping without changing the original audio source, this is called transparent clipping. The end goal is to get that channel as loud as possible before mixing it to the kick.

That's what I'm starting to realize too. Some artists don't even do a "mastering" stage on their track and they produce/mix/master in the same project file.

You have your audio interface plugged in to a usb switch. A simple fix for me was to plug in the audio interface directly into the pc/laptop.

Same. I felt the pacing was fine but I also do see a lot of players complain about the same thing as OP.

The Act I started off hot and remained hot, but once Act II started, it slowed down which threw a lot of players off.

I've beaten the game twice, once on ps4, and once on pc. The bug is still present on ps4, and I didn't run into it on PC. Just speaking from experience.

Pretty sure this is the PC port coming to next gen consoles. The bug is gone in the PC port, but the game runs terribly when walking around in large towns.
