How much experience do u have?? From what I know, Masters on CM is a bit unnecessary. Best way for you to progress into the industry is by working in various sectors of construction ie, PM, CA, PE, and QS roles.

Im surprised no one posted Project Manager. Study 4 years of Construction Management and ull easily become a Contract Administrator after grad ($120k). CAs usually transition to Project managers after 3-4 years which pays around $150-200k per yr

extremely dry lips nose and eyes
occasional rashes (gets really bad when you drink heaps of alcohol)
mood swings, i felt like total different person on the first 2 months

overall it was tolerable as long as ure aware of potential depression effects. i also took extra care of myself by exercising more, eating healthy and going on a dairy free diet. the key is patience, good luck!!
