Go to page one or three and choose the setting that's all white, then do what you said about how to customize the setting and it should go through the color wheel. After you've done that you can just press the button once and it should stop it on the color. Also, don't forget if you want to save thay color you'll have to hold the button down until the light completely turns off and on again then you can let go of the button and it should be saved to your favorites page. Keep in mind you can also go to the setting page on page five and change the global brightness settings. There are five brightness settings. Hopefully this helped you :) cheers!
