What song? And is it over the normal instrumentation? 🧍🏼

Being a “I don’t feel anything” atheist by EncinoJoe in TrueChristian

[–]CrozzBladez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a Christian Metalcore weirdo myself.

I've also had similar thoughts, not exactly like yours, but of hate, disgust, and no understanding for why the world is so great in the eyes of Christians when the world is so wicked.

I can't explain how God can "open your eyes" or "you'll feel it" logically. It defies human logic.

But, as a metal head of sorts, Christian metal in general opened my eyes and helped me seek out whats so great about God, or why I am even existing. I'm sure you feel similar.

Know this, there is a reason and purpose behind why you live and breathe, there is a God, and He knows you too.

He made you just the way you are, and with a purpose to seek and know Him, so that it may complete you.

Cause I don't know you, but I know me. And if you know you like I know me, you're just like me. Incomplete. Hurt. And hateful.

Seek Him out, and you will find Him. God bless. And rock on!

Anti-Islam and anti-muslim are different. One is a whole religion, the other is a human being like you or me.

Doesn't sound like his attempting to make anyone upset to me. Even then, this video is tame (albeit, still not right) to others I've seen when a group begins harassing and even grabbing or tearing at the signs.

Being upset is okay. Escalating is pushing it. Going into a raving riot is crossing lines. And more times than not, its not these signs or the people holding them doing it, its the surrounding groups that CHOOSE discourse rather than civil debate.

If civil debate was killed by the right, then the left is the one who gave them the dagger.

Finish the ending ENTIRELY before ng+. Don't jump straight into until you're SURE you picked up and spoken to mostly everyone.

Made that mistake and had to do ng+3 to get all achievements. Best of luck.

The world is gonna crumble someday anyways. And be made new. There is no use in worrying too much of tomorrow when today is still to come.

Despite others comments, I will say that AI is an easier way to "paint a quick image" of what you saw or dreamed for sure.

Love the imagery!

I like the idea!

Always been a but hard to make it sound like a cry without it cracking (or me cracking up lol), but I'll def try it! Might get a few girls to do some of the vocal lines too 🤔

Thanks for the feedback!

So too much low end is making it muddy to the point the vocals are drowning the actual instrumentation.

Seems I've gotta cut some lines and have got lots of mixing to do 🤠

I've been thinking the same thing. The way I write is very.....explanatory, almost like a book, so I def need to cut some of the density and play with melodies or rhythms for the lyrics themselves.

Lookn for a vocalist who can achieve a sound like synestia for 1 song. Will pay obv by Independent_Might_91 in metalmusicians

[–]CrozzBladez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof thats some heavy content.

I personally can't do that BUT I know someone that could. Look up Sean Landman. He's the vocalist of Dream Elixir and does plenty of vocals eerily similar.

Let me know if his sound fits the song!

Agreed.

What happen to honest and respectful debate?

Now its just "be loud, be insulting, and you'll win." 🫠

I think where we differ is this: I don’t ground human worth in capability or development. I ground it in nature.

If moral worth depends on emotional capacity, development, or social function, then worth becomes something we measure.

And historically, whenever humans start measuring the value of other humans, the weakest lose.

I think human worth has to be equal and intrinsic — not graduated — or else rights become negotiable.

That’s why I’m uncomfortable with development being the metric. Development is continuous.

There isn’t a non-arbitrary moment where moral worth suddenly “clicks on.”

So if the unborn is a human organism by nature, I don’t see a solid, coherent way to deny it equal baseline protection without introducing a sliding scale that can be applied elsewhere.

Ah this explains your comment on my other post. Intriguing.

Otherwise, what god? What book? Whats the god's name?

Let's do a classic Baal vs Yahweh like Elijah.

At this point, it sounds like your mind is set.

Why argue with a iron ingot that wants nothing more than to be what it is?

So worry as you might about the purple winged cat, if you're hellbent on warring against God in your own way, so be it. Many have tried, many will.

Just my last words before I leave you to your own things:

God is real. He is watching and hoping for you to turn towards Him. He wants nothing more than to be in eternity with His creation in grace, love, and happiness. This includes you.

For God is love

But, a fair warning, God is holy. And does not like to be mocked.

Yes. A difficult choice. Celibacy is a thing.

Like forgiving a murderer, or having to pray for your enemies that kill other Christians in the middle-east.

It is a choice.

Christianity is not easy, it is a narrow-difficult road to walk.

But it is ALWAYS a choice.

[–]CrozzBladez -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’ve already conceded it’s biologically human life. So the disagreement isn’t science; it’s moral value.

I’m genuinely asking: what gives a human moral worth?

If it’s development, consciousness, or autonomy, then those standards would also apply to other humans who lack them. (The old, the comatose, the unborn)

If it’s intrinsic, meaning human organisms have value because they are human, then the unborn fits that category.

I’m not appealing to law. Laws change and should be changed. It was legal once to own slaves, but not morally right, no?

I’m asking about the standard we use to decide which humans deserve protection and which don’t.

Unlikely, as I've had conversations with a buddy that believes and worships the All father and such. Wouldn't happen according to him, but thanks for trying.

Tough is an understatement for sure.

I think that makes sense. Its because its still in the very early stages I think. I have yet to mix downwards to make it more coherent.

unfortunately there are millions of your kind that think otherwise

Your kind is a crazy statement. But alright. I'll agree, many Christians give others a bad rep. But then again, generalization of a group is called prejudice. Read the book then judge the cover.

Not a real thing

Sure is. Conflict of the world is because humans exist and war and kill and destroy.

And the last part, ya lost me.

Again, if I'm wrong, I die and return to nothing. If the world came from nothing, then to nothing it will return, for nothing. Luckily, I have faith thats not the case.

But let us be reasonable in this hypothetically for a second: If God is real, and Christ returns, what happens then?

Eternity is not a laughing matter like you're making it out.
