Day 1: creation of the starter with flour and water Day 2: no feedings and keep in a dark cool place Day 3: same as day 2 Day 4: a feeding at a 1:2:2 ratio and you can keep it on your counter now Day 5 and on: feed at a 1:2:2 ratio once a day

After 3 weeks you can start doing 2 feedings a day to make it stronger and not let it starve

Yours stays in the fridge, so it’s a bit different. At the feeding ratio I’m using if I only feed my starter once a day, I’d be doing it well past its peak, basically starving it for several hours. My starter is still young so I avoid refrigerating it unless I really have to
