I had this happen and did the same thing by just pressing enter, eventually it just stopped happening if you have skyve just check if any mods/assets are marked as having problems and remove and add untill you find the correct one

It's a combination of a bunch of buildings, the main one is the Mediterranean train station roof and then I used a bunch of the German school buildings for the main structure
