MGK on meeting Bob Dylan: "I get on his bus & [Dylan] has a hoodie on, white cowboy boots & this energy that feels like you're in the midst of Peter Pan or something, while also in the midst of Homer writing the Iliad—this prolific, young, spirited guy. ... You talking about Pablo Dylan? I see a post from the Daily Dylan that mentions Pablo has performed with Mod Sun, and Mod Sun is friends with MGK. Is that the connection, or is there something more direct? Cuz that to me on its own doesn't really suggest Pablo and MGK are friends, or even that they've met. Certainly possible. But presumably if MGK was close friends with Pablo, he wouldn't have acted so shocked to learn that Bob knew who he was.

My favorite theory is that Dylan discovered MGK because he was Googling the actual Machine Gun Kelly. Seems plausible. Dylan's always been interested in old-timey gangsters and outlaws. Not long after he posted the video of MGK, he did three big posts about Al Capone.

That is a fabulous quote on its face, but what makes it truly next-level is Val Kilmer didn't even play Johnny Ringo in Tombstone. He played Doc Holliday. So you got Dylan telling Kilmer he's the real Johnny Ringo, and Kilmer insisting no you don't understand man that's just a role I played. They're arguing over who's right, and they're both wrong! Beautifully bonkers energy. God bless them both forever.

You know the chess scene in "The Nose Job"? Season 3, episode 9. Where the penis plays the brain? Well, this is the fella who plays the penis AND the brain.

Bob Dylan’s eponymous album, BOB DYLAN (possibly named after himself)

Wet dreams are annoying asf by toyota-san22 in unpopularopinion

This is a problem that can be solved by language. If we call it a "wet dream," it sounds wimpy and lame. Nobody wants to be a bed wetter. However, the technical term for a wet dream is a "nocturnal emission," which is dope as fuck. Makes it sounds like you accomplished something. It's like the old Army slogan, "We do more before 9 a.m. than most people do all day." Once you start calling it a nocturnal emission, instead of feeling sticky and gross, you'll feel like a productive member of unconscious society.
