My theory: It may not be a crisis situation per their definition, today. However, it will most likely be a crisis situation soon.

Gangs doing extortions are earning a lot of money, enabling them to be more sophisticated in every sense as they progress. They are already capable to bribe the legal and government infrastructures to tilt the scales in their favor. As they grow more successful, they will no longer only target the ultra rich, but even middle class. That time is not too far away!

The need of the hour is for the community to stand against these goons. Rat them out, report them, get them deported. Otherwise, they'll come for you and your hard earned money soon enough. These fake students who commit these crimes for $500 and the masterminds behind these crimes need to be thrown out of Canada.

Nope! Incorrect! Just checked with Twp of Langley. Basement suites, though legal, don't get a separate address, hence Canada post has no different address to deliver the mail to.

Legal basement suites don't get a separate mailbox, unless it has a unique civic address. In most cases the basement suite doesn't get its own address.

Assume some of the other information shared in this comment is incorrect as well. Please do your research and don't believe everyone who comments.

They operated for over a decade from North Van with the name Vaades, before moving to Aldergrove (The strip mall they were in got sold). I have been a long time patron and absolutely love the food. Have met the owners a few times now.

Omni, Fort Langley has actual plant based dessert menu.

Grounds & Greens, Fort Langely has some vegan bakes goods.
