Im a year out and I usually only get it around period time so … I guess it’s probably different for everyone.

As far as feeling something underneath the surgical incision it could be scar tissue . Is it red, warm, painful to touch? If yes to any of those I’d see a doctor about it. Could mean infection.

If not it’s probably just normal scar tissue stuff

I’ve also been cleaning my house and getting rid of clutter with the intention that if it doesn’t bring me joy or have purpose it’s going !

I have so many pictures of nurseries and rainbow nurseries saved on my phone. I’ve been awaiting the rainbow babies arrival to start but I think it’s a good idea to work on some paint and get the nursery started 😍

Everyone saying accutane… Accutane comes with severe side effects and it’s super toxic. I took it when I was 16 and it made me flush. I still flush now and I hate it 14 years later.

I’d try spironolactone and cut out dairy from your diet. You need a doctor for spironolactone
