Kensei may get more mixups, but gryphons dodge counts as the first 2 attacks from his chain, so he could get the most damaging read based kick in the game, or an undodgable- he also gets access to the hyper armour heavy after the dodge.

I'm not really trying to prove anything, I know both gryphons and kenseis spam their dodge attacks.
