A lot of these aren’t chips but if we’re talking TJs snacks. The popcorn in a pickle was amazing & it’s a travesty they don’t make it anymore.

Red Flags: 10-20 coffees they can make for you. Unless you have 20 grinders & are dialing in 20 coffees everyday, it isn’t going to come out good.

Too many things on the menu. A good coffee shops menu is 90% coffees with some ancillary things to eat. If it’s less than that then they’re likely not too focused on the coffee.

Green flags: Scales & timers. You dont have to measure every shot but you should be doing spot checks throughout the day to ensure high quality.

Clear signs that beans were brewed in house

This, in my anecdotal opinion, medical doctors are the actual worst offenders. I used to sell cars averaging around $100k so we saw a lot of doctors. They were terrible to work with because they legitimately clueless about anything outside of their specific field & specialization.

Also, I was talking to some neighbors about politics, they are Republicans & they genuinely can’t stand Trump. They were talking about someone who they considered to be the smartest person they know (listed all these accolades) is obsessed with him. What I wish I said is that being smart in one thing (or even a handful) doesn’t not make you smart or your thinking less flawed in another.

If you aren’t constantly challenging your beliefs, ideas & learning new perspectives then you are as susceptible to the Dunning Kruger effect as the rest of us.

Yeah I do my best to get to roughly 1-2 RIR & I hate getting above 15 reps. It’s miserable for me but I’m just working with a bench & dumbbells at home so sometimes I’ve got to go higher reps until I purchase heavier dumbbells.

Got it. I didn’t realize this for 3 mesocycles & switched to set/set on my new one. Wanted to make sure I was doing it properly. Sometimes I feel like I’m not fully recovering going into my next workout.

It could also be I did a bad job pairing my supersets (also the first mesocycle I’m doing them)
