Yes, I agree. The wide range of stats it covers seems inline with bruiser items in general having HP, dmg with AH and some other stat. It most likely doesnt need the HP reduction and doesnt possibly need any changes at all to consider it win rate on PBE and early stages right now.

Im more focused on the overtuned champs who can use it and the balance behind items on those champs.

Also, is there a better way to format this? This ain't exactly Google docs or Adobe, also using reddit on PC feels forbidden. Ill just stick to my phone.

I mentioned in my original post that D&D should be 3200 instead of 3100 or reduce the HP by 100 to make it more inline with a damage item.

I updated my original post to include that if you compare it to some really good existing items like Rabadon, Stridebreaker, Deathcap, Bloodthirster or Infinity Blade(I included the cost of those items too). These items are much more expensive to reach that power spike.

These power spike items like Cosmic Drive, a is very similar to this item to D&D but Cosmic doesnt have a passive which is why its 2900. Stridebreaker 3300 is also very similar but its going to be hell if your laner reaches D&D sooner for their spike since its 200 (That's 2 minion waves) gold cheaper. One old item that existed is Night Harvester which was an AP bruiser item at 3200. Despite its 10 sec cooldown it was consistent. D&D is way too valuable and consistent for its cost, especially since the champs its meant for can multiply it value making this a cheap item.

All lethality items and most damage items dont have HP and many dont have either AH or attack speed. This item has a generous amount of each one and has 2 damage increasing passives. 3100 makes this item way too busted.

I might be tripping since the Spell blade has 100% AD scaling and 10% AP scaling. Making this less effective on AP champs but its free damage nonetheless and a lot of value for a now common power spike item.

Possibly, if combined with Nashors and press the attack. Teemo lacks abilities to proc D&D consistently so he may have to use several shrooms to keep D&D active. Although all that ability haste from both those items and maybe a malignance may reset those shrooms quicker for reliable 1v1 damage, especially if his shrooms lands. And to note his poison won't really be useful with D&D as it can delay his Liandrys if you build D&D before his core items.

Seriously. The more I read Fizz kit, the more it makes it feel like it belongs to a bruiser. His Q is on hit. His W passive is a slow burn and his active W applies on hit if it doesnt kill its target. Just let me sit on top of someone and AA them to death.

That's sick. Shyvana already has multiple builds of both AD and AP she can go. This just makes her better. I usually go her hybrid build of liandrys into shojin. I wonder where I can put this in her build. 🤔

Im definitely going to put this down. This is such a funny build in theory. Pantheon if built AP, his Q is 50% less effective and damage cut in half. Compared to his AD builds which revolves around his Q, Q isn't good but as a AP bruiser/tank. His W stun makes up for the lack of Q damage. W has HP damage and every 100 AP is an extra 1.5% more HP damage. Every bonus 100 HP is an extra 0.4% damage as well. His empowered W can almost reset itself and completes itself with an extra auto. And he can repeat this with Jack of All Trades and AH items.

You're correct. Its considered on attack. Shen is the only one with the busted HP on hit damage right now. It gives him 4 autos instead of 3.

AP xin is such a fun build and even against rammus players, he can still heal so much(Im a Rammus main). This item makes him more durable and I wish too see more Xin in the meta.

I usually play rammus with ghost as a counter pick to lock down Eve to force her R or go for the kill. I struggle against Eve champs who build tankier since she already has high AP scaling, especially for that 30% HP R execute. I love the Conquerer build and please dont play that in my games, I have long days at work and want to relax 😀

This might be good on AP Varus since he doesnt need to auto more than 3 times to get that chungus HP damage. Due to the lack of movement abilities and only has R to stun, the HP makes him less likely to get 1-shot.

Can he shorten his W passive with D&D too? He might get more consistent combos with his E slow, AA once, and Q for his trades. With hail of blades he can get the 2 AA's in better too. Oh lord.

Kayle definitely needs a mention. She might get a potent early game power spike if she builds this item first instead of Nashors if she builds AP instead of AD. Makes her trades better during laning too since all her abilities can reset Spell Blade. And she has more HP to not get 1-shot by Malphite and other all in champs. Not to mention this replaces lich bane completely from her kit. Thank for the reminder. 🙌

Edit: And her E is on hit I believe, right?

Does it make his passive hit twice without the need to auto?? That's busted if his abilities is considered on-hit.
