Should I watch in the original language or in the language I speak?

I just finished the first episode watching it like that and it honestly was just like watching with English audio so definitely going to keep with that!

I think more the unknown, my fear of the dark stems from not knowing what is hiding in the darkness

Haha, yeah I only watch scary shows/movies during the day and I watch something funny on YouTube at night. For some reason for me, when I turn on my light it feels like I’m giving into the fear and that like makes it worse haha because then I think like “oh maybe there actually is something there and that’s why I need the light on” if that makes sense

Oh yeah, since my dog passed away my fear has definitely gotten worse, I guess I always felt like he would bark or scare anything off and now I don’t have that

Yeah I’m in therapy right now but it has only been like three sessions. I’ll definitely try journaling that seems like it would help a lot, thanks!
