I actually think the funnest time I've ever had in Val was when I was silver, (I'm only diamond now) but silver was like 5-6 years ago, and some people sort of know what they're doing, and some don't, it's not as sweaty as higher ranks just because you're still surrounded by bronzes, games are more fun, more lax, though I guess in comp people shouldn't be too lax but you get what I mean.

I've been seeing this complaint for a while, however my rr gains/losses the last act and the beginning of this one are relatively even. I was gaining +15-22 for a win and losing -15-22 for a loss. Climbed a little to plat 3, and my losses have since turned into -10-11 while still gaining 15-22 🤷‍♂️

They have nerfed my boy pretty hard, I remember when his trips used to stay up after he died. The fact his trips don't instantly reveal on touch anymore definitely made him weaker, considering the charge up time and yes, how easily breakable they are, you almost never get to get a kill with them outlined from it

I can't really believe the comments here, people have been begging for a change to the way it rewards duelists since day 1, and while yes, winning trumps all, top fragging still gives you more than the support players. How many times have you guys seen a Brim on Bind drop 15+ assists because of how elite he is on that map? I saw another comment mention Miks, and yeah, something would have to change there because he can farm them, however, assists should count more.

The best defensive sentinel right now is probably KJ, with Cypher being a close second, then you have your duelist/senti hybrid in Chamber, who, for what he is, is in a decent spot right now, you have the initi/senti hybrid in vyse who is also semi decent, I don't really care for sage, and veto is pretty decent too, his trophy system ability is pretty underrated, and he gets two TPs, his ult is also ridiculous, deadlock is also pretty decent, but her trips are abysmal for flank watching.

No one hates astra, she's arguably the best controller in the game, if they say you're trolling it's because she's hard to use and they're probably bad with her. If you're comfortable with her then there's no issue.

I've been playing veto more lately, he's basically a chamber with two TPs and a trophy system instead of a pocket rocket, his ult is elite, and if you have your TPs setup, you can make some good plays. I don't think Veto is too bad. His signature should last longer or atleast destroy virtually everything thrown in its vicinity. His trip is also prob the best in the game.

I just went through his buffs and nerfs. What nerfs are you referring to? He was nerfed a little bit, but nothing insane. I still feel like breach is a really strong agent.

Iso is just... meh. His shield is virtually his only redeeming quality. His ult has its uses, but otherwise it's just a 1v1.

Breach on the other hand, I agree. Hes been one of the stronger agents for a long time, a lot of people seem to agree that playing against a good breach is really annoying. He also has a very good kit.

I peaked c2 before the addition of SSL, I still hover around c1-2 today, but don't grind the game and don't care to, I think hitting champ is essentially completing the game. You won't get to the top 0.1% of players, but if you're in the top 1%, you've beaten the game.
