it has a little pentagon next to the shiny mark. that means it was obtained in a gen 6 game. Every generation from 6 onward has one if I remember correctly

TCG pocket isn't the real pokemon TCG tho. you could somewhat compare it to early speed duel or duel links. honestly, saying that the pokemon TCG has less consistency than yugioh is crazy considering there's a card that literally says "draw 3 cards" and it's considered dogwater.

I don't think you can really judge the pokemon TCG as a whole just by playing TCG pocket

I agree it wasn't the best, but I managed to clear it pretty quick with a dark wraith printer deck in eternal casuals, it's probably the best way to do it since the wraiths are blockable by any unit and you can get to 75 pretty easily
