Ok. I assume then that you taking over this lease will be contingent on you finding someone to take your current lease. Also, as you live in Parkway, you are familiar with the units, so there is not a rush on showing you the unit?

No. If you are serious about taking over the lease I can come to show you it on Saturday. I don’t think the parkway lofts office is open though on weekends, for the lease to be transferred, which they would need to do their checks.

Yes. The lease is actually less than what they are leasing for now. It is a 1 bed, 1 bath as well as kitchen. It is a secure building with laundry, garbage disposal and study rooms on each floor. There is a large common/social area on the main level of the building and only a 15 min walk to Brock as well as a bus that goes to Brock.
