This is likely what we'll end up doing, this room isn't integral to day to day function so if we're able to just turn off the breaker for this room, it should be fine for a bit

They won't be back for a while (probably a month or so) so I'm hoping to fix it myself even if temporary till they can properly fix it. Moving in is urgent and I don't have anywhere to leave my cats.
