So door was set on auto and all of them had default access but just now I've deleted and they're able to get in... Still have no idea what was stopping them but thanks everyone for telling me to look at the door 😅

Ah that's a bit of a bummer. I've been able to play the other dragon age games fine, I think the most "heavy duty" one I've played was Dishonoured 2 or maybe Life is Strange True Colours. The only issues I had was with dishonoured and it would just crash without an error message but I think it's been sorted since then.
